1. Booking Requests & Confirmations
All bookings submitted through our website are considered booking requests. A transfer is only fully confirmed once you receive an official confirmation via Email or WhatsApp from Taxi Transfer Mallorca.
2. Flight Delays & Monitoring
We monitor incoming flights for scheduled pickups at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI).
* Meeting Point: Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Exit C holding a tablet/board with your name.
* Waiting Time: The driver will wait up to 30 minutes after actual flight landing time free of charge.
* Delays: For minor delays, your pickup time is adjusted automatically. For severe delays exceeding 2 hours, we will try our best to reschedule a driver; however, if unavailable, Taxi Transfer Mallorca reserves the right to cancel the booking with a full refund.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is made directly to the driver upon arrival/completion of the transfer. We accept cash directly to the driver.
4. Passenger Luggage & Special Equipment
Passengers are required to inform us during booking if they carry extra or oversized luggage, such as golf bags, bicycles, or extra-large suitcases. We reserve the right to refuse transport if luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle type without prior notice.
5. Child Seats & Safety
Child seats and booster seats are provided upon request as specified during booking. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that child seats are requested correctly for the safety of minors.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Clients can modify or cancel their booking request free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email.
7. Liability
Taxi Transfer Mallorca is not liable for delays, missed flights, or service interruptions caused by extreme weather conditions, traffic jams, road closures, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Vehicle Rules (Forbidden in the Car)
To ensure comfort and safety for all passengers, the following are strictly forbidden inside the vehicle:
* Smoking
* Eating any kind of food or snacks (including nuts)
* Drinking any beverages other than bottled water
*
